Once you click the “Book a Call” button, an intake form will open for you to fill out and you can schedule your call with me.

Once you schedule the call, we will have our first introductory Zoom or phone meeting to discuss your social media needs/goals.

1) Depending on what your business goals are and if you are looking for social media consulting OR social media management, below will be what you can expect.

**Introduction Call with Hilary: A friendly introduction call to discuss your social media needs and goals, social channels you’re on, target audience, brand voice, deliverables, and expectations, I’ll give you an overview of my service offerings/pricing and what will best suit your needs.

2) Once we determine your goals/objectives, I will write up your proposal & contract with in-depth details on the scope of work, including a timeline, and expected outcomes, along with the service you are looking for.

**Proposal, Contract & Payment: After our call, I will send you (within 24 hours) a detailed proposal with the contract and payment invoice.

After I receive your signed proposal and contract and receive payment, I will get to work!

** Implementation: Upon acceptance of the proposal, contract, and payment, implementation of the social media strategy, or social media management I will send you a welcome email with onboarding details along with a brief (form,) you will need to fill out based on what I need from you to get to get started on your socials.

** Assessment and Analysis: I will run a comprehensive assessment analysis of your current social media presence and audience, as well as your industry, competitors, and target audience.

* Strategy Development: Based on the assessment and analysis, development of a customized social media strategy that aligns with your business goals and objectives.

** Ongoing Management: Should you choose monthly social media management, we start with a minimum 3-month contract. Should you choose social media consulting, you will not have a monthly contract unless you choose to do ongoing consulting each month.

** Reporting: Monthly reporting on the impact of the social media management efforts, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

This process will help ensure that your social media presence is professional, effective, and aligned with your business goals, leading to increased brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Because each client I work with has individualized business goals and objectives. It is not a “one size fits all” approach. I customize each business’s social media strategy for maximum results and the price is based on their needs, the scope of work, the time spent each week, the budget, and how many of their social channels I need to manage. I will not know about your needs until we jump on a call.

So, for example:

If a business needs only 1 social (Instagram) channel run with posts, stories, and reels a few times a week, the time I spend on this account is less than a business that needs 3 social (FB, Instagram, TikTok) channels run with posts every day with, reels, stories, campaigns run, along with commenting and replying to DMs.

The workload is VERY different for each example and the price will be as well. It’s extremely important to know what your business needs in order to make sure you see maximum results for your specific goals.

I will go over in detail the service and price that best suits your business's social media goals/objectives and you will be able to decide during our call which you prefer to choose.
